Reading is - Ashsolutely Awesome!
Fri 14 Oct 2016"Reading is Ashsolutely Awesome!" One of our newly appointed Teachers Mr Scott-Howes interviewed our lovely staff to ask them what their favourite book was and why. It's about getting young people excited about reading books :)

Harvest Collection - "Grubs up for Grandparents Day!"
Mon 12 Sep 2016This year we are supporting Age UK and their ‘Grubs up for Grandparents’ Day’ on Monday 26th September. Age UK are raising money to support vulnerable older people in our local community.
Pupils can contribute food that reminds them of their grandparents which will be donated towards our ‘Grubs up for Grandparents’ food hall where we will sell these foods for small donations and money raised will go to Age UK.

Blue Abyss Art Workshop
Fri 17 Jun 2016Over the last three days, our Year Three classes have been involved in the 'Blue Abyss' art workshop - the theme was the seas and oceans. The pupils have created some amazing works of art and thoroughly enjoyed being creative!

The Secondary Olympics Have Begun!

Sports Relief - Total Raised is...
Wed 11 May 2016We now have the official total amount of money that we raised for Sport Relief. Drum roll please... £2827.51! What a fantastic achievement from all our activities including our 'Ash Field Mile' we do every year.

Students Visit to the LCFC's King Power Stadium
Mon 09 May 2016Some of our students visited Leicester City Football Club's King Power Stadium, where they had a tour, met the mascot Filbert Fox and saw some footballers - including Jamie Vardy! You can probably tell by their faces that the had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed the exprience. I suspect the staff supporting them on the day did too!
