Towards the end of the session you will have a 10 minute 1:1 discussion with a member of the Ash Field team. Together you will discuss placement or volunteering options specific to you such as days, times and the age of the pupils you would like to work with or the requirements of your placement. We will also ask to see your current DBS - Child and Adult Workforce and ID.
All placement students or volunteers need to attend an introductory session. We are unable to support any last minute requests for placement.
Please monitor your email account including spam/junk carefully as 2 or 3 days before the introductory session you will be emailed paperwork that needs to be completed before you attend this session. The completed forms will need to be emailed back to our administrator before the session. We are unable to send reminders or do extensive follow ups. Please note the admin department is not open during school holidays.
After the introductory day you will receive an email from Ash Field Academy to confirm whether or not a place is available.
