Charlotte Warden from Side Kick Dance sent me this video of the community dance that some of our pupils were involved in just before the Christmas break. It was such a fantastic event involving 3 different dance groups. I honestly believe this visit to take part in the finale offered such an amazing opportunity for them. I had attended some of the visits to Ellesmere College with some of the residential pupils on Wednesday evenings so I was able to see them grow into confident dancers over the weeks. I’ve seen what a positive difference this dance club has made to those that have attended as for some it has renewed their confidence, as well as allowing them to make new friends. It has also allowed our pupils to become part of a new social group which a lot of our pupils may never get.
